WeClassroom
About WeClassroom
WeClassroom is an AI-supported classroom management system by Virtual Data IT. It brings lesson preparation, live teaching, student participation, attendance and reports into one Arabic and English platform for schools, universities and training centers.
Manage the classroom from one place
Prepare lesson materials, organize classroom accounts and roles, and lead the session from a shared teaching workspace. Teachers use the whiteboard, PDFs, images and prepared activities, while school administrators manage users, classes and the institutional view of classroom activity.
AI assistance that supports the teacher
Use AI assistance to draft questions, develop explanations and prepare supported board content. Private assistance supports the teacher's preparation, while classroom sharing brings selected material into the lesson. The teacher reviews generated content and decides what is suitable for students.
Turn participation into useful follow-up
Questions, quizzes, polls, hand raising and shared board work give students practical ways to participate. Teachers can review activity responses and record attendance, while school administrators access attendance summaries and detailed reports to support follow-up. Attendance and activity results remain distinct sources of information.
For in-person, online and hybrid classrooms
Run lessons with in-room students, remote participants or both using the same classroom tools. Arabic and English interfaces, including right-to-left Arabic layouts, help teachers and students work in their preferred language across the intended classroom devices.
