Prepare and reuse lesson content in WeClassroom
Use Preparations to organize questions, quizzes, polls and board materials before the session, with a downloadable planning sheet.
Create a preparation with a clear title
Open Preparations in the teacher workspace and start a lesson draft. Give it a title that helps you recognize the subject and purpose later. The editor supports a description and separate content items, so organize the lesson in the order you intend to use it.
Add the content items you need
Add questions, quizzes, polls or a board item. Review a quiz's options and correct answers, and use the board editor for drawings, PDFs or images. The item controls let you edit, remove and reorder content before saving the preparation.
Save and use the preparation in a session
Save your changes before leaving the editor. During the live session, use prepared content at the appropriate point rather than assuming all items launch together. Check the active board or activity after sending an item and give students its instructions.
Plan offline without duplicating product data
Download the planning sheet to outline the board material, activity type and response you want before entering the editor. The sheet is a planning aid, not an import file or an automatic sync feature. Revise the saved preparation after a lesson when a question or layout needs improvement.
