How a WeClassroom session works
Follow the session from preparation to student entry, live participation and a teaching follow-up.
Before class: prepare and test
The teacher prepares board materials and activities, then checks the intended device and connection. School accounts and access should be arranged in advance. Confirm that the assigned teacher can open the session before inviting students.
Join the intended session
Students sign in using their assigned accounts and follow the QR or PIN joining flow. Show the joining instructions clearly. Check that everyone is in the intended class before starting the activity; do not publish session access details unnecessarily.
Teach, ask and respond
Guide the lesson through the shared board. Introduce questions and activities at useful points, and use teacher controls to manage participation. Classroom sharing of AI material should follow the teacher's review and the school's policy.
Plan the next teaching step
