Prepare your school to use WeClassroom

Arrange the administrator, teacher and student workflows, then rehearse a complete session before using the platform with a full class.

By the WeClassroom team

Start from the school administrator's workspace

Review the school's users, classes and boards using the administrator account. Assign the appropriate roles and check that the intended teacher and students belong to the correct school setup. School administration should not depend on sharing one teacher's credentials across staff.

Confirm access and subscription state

Use the subscription workspace as a school administrator to review the school's plan state. Teachers whose school access is paused should contact the administrator; they do not need to manage the school's billing themselves. Confirm the required classroom capacity before scheduling simultaneous lessons.

Rehearse a complete classroom flow

Have a teacher save a preparation, open a session, share its joining code and run a question. Have another participant join with a student account. Review the board display, drawing permissions and attendance controls using your actual devices and school network.

Give staff a practical starting guide

Share the product guides for joining, preparations and classroom roles. Identify who handles account problems and who contacts the WeClassroom team. Begin with a small pilot and document access or device issues before expanding to more classrooms.

Try it with your own lesson

Bring a lesson and your classroom requirements to a WeClassroom walkthrough.
