Evaluate WeClassroom using your school's workflow
Bring a lesson to the product walkthrough and test teacher preparation, student entry, classroom controls and institutional reporting.
Bring the requirements that matter
List expected participants, concurrent classrooms, devices and languages. Bring a representative PDF or image and a short quiz. Use these to test the implemented workflow rather than judging whether a feature name sounds suitable.
Try the teacher and student journeys
Ask to create a preparation, start a session and join from a separate student device using the PIN or QR. Run an activity and review the responses. Check how drawing access and classroom sharing are controlled from the teacher's workspace.
Review school administration separately
Use the administrator's workflow to discuss users, classes, boards, attendance reports and subscription capacity. Ask which report fields and export options are available for your use case. Teacher access and administrator access are not interchangeable.
Record what the pilot actually shows
Write down successful steps, obstacles and questions for the team. Confirm training, support, capacity and data-handling requirements before adopting the service. A trial or walkthrough demonstrates a workflow; it does not automatically establish every contractual entitlement or integration.
