Understand the product's account and classroom controls, then review your institution's data requirements with the team before deployment.
Accounts and permissions
WeClassroom uses signed-in accounts and roles for teachers, students and school administration. Classroom actions depend on role and session permissions. During evaluation, review the experience for each role and confirm who should have access to student information and classroom controls.
Handle student information carefully
Share classroom access details only with intended participants. Avoid putting sensitive student details in public board content or AI prompts. Establish who can access attendance and activity information, and follow your institution's process for correcting records.
Ask for deployment-specific details
Before adoption, ask about hosting location, retention and deletion, backups, service providers and incident contacts. Review the applicable agreement and privacy policy with the team. This page does not assert a security certification, a particular hosting region or blanket regulatory compliance.
