Three WeClassroom workflows to try
Try the preparation, live activity and hybrid-session workflows using your own lesson. These are product examples, not customer case studies.
Prepare material and send it to the session
In the teacher workspace, create a preparation containing a board item and a question. Add a PDF or image to the board item, review its layout and save. Open a live session and use the prepared items in the intended sequence. Check the active content from a separate student device.
Run an activity and discuss the responses
Prepare a short quiz with reviewed answer choices, then run it during the session. Have a student account submit a response and inspect the result from the teacher workspace. Use the shared board to clarify an answer and distinguish the activity result from the attendance record.
Test the same lesson across two locations
Have an in-room participant and a remote participant join the same session using its code. Check board readability, audio and a short activity on both devices. Try drawing permissions and hand raising. Record any account, device or connection issues before inviting a full class.
