Add PDFs and images to the WeClassroom whiteboard

Use your lesson materials on the shared board, annotate them and organize the explanation with board content tabs.

By the WeClassroom team

Open a board you can edit

Use the teacher's whiteboard or the board editor inside a preparation. Student drawing and editing depend on the permissions set for the session. If you cannot see the expected controls, confirm your account role and whether you still have editing access.

Choose Add PDF or Add image

Use the corresponding board control and choose the lesson file from your device. PDF pages and images become board content that can be viewed alongside drawings and text. Follow the file validation message if a file cannot be accepted; avoid repeatedly uploading the same material while it is loading.

Annotate and organize the explanation

Write or draw over the material to highlight a step or mark a diagram. Use board content tabs to separate parts of the lesson; the tab controls support adding, renaming and reordering tabs. Confirm the active tab before asking students to follow an explanation.

Use export and clear deliberately

The board action bar includes PNG export and a clear-board action with confirmation. Check the exported image before using it outside the session. Clearing removes board objects for participants, so read the confirmation and use undo when you need to recover an unintended change.

Try it with your own lesson
