Follow student responses during a WeClassroom session

Use the active activity and its results to review participation, discuss answers and connect feedback with the shared board.

By the WeClassroom team

Check the active activity

From the teacher workspace, confirm which question, quiz or poll students are responding to. Explain what they should submit and check that the activity has opened for participants. A prepared item is not the same as an activity already running in the session.

Interpret results for that activity

A poll records choices; a quiz has answer choices and correct answers; a written question provides student text. Review the relevant response view rather than treating every result as a grade. Check incomplete participation with the student before drawing conclusions about understanding.

Bring an answer into the explanation

Use the classroom's answer-display workflow when a response is useful for discussion. Explain what the answer shows and clarify the idea on the whiteboard. Choose content intentionally and avoid displaying unnecessary identifying student information.

Keep attendance and answers separate

Use the attendance tools for presence and the activity results for responses. A student may be connected without having submitted the current activity. After addressing a misconception, run a follow-up question instead of assuming the first response describes the student's final understanding.
